A native Long Beach resident, Wayne grew up attending Long Beach public schools and went on to obtain an Economics degree at UCLA.  Previous to real estate, Wayne managed and operated a successful retail/wholesale family business for 12 years.  He happily resides in his hometown with his wife, Kim, and 2 children.  His lifelong love of sports continues to this day.
